Faithful Way Homeschool Solutions provides parent support services including guidance on curriculum selection, state homeschool requirements, planning assistance, and ongoing encouragement. All services are intended to support parents in their role as the primary educators of their children.

Important: We work exclusively with parents. All curriculum design and planning is based solely on information and input you provide as the parent. We do not provide direct tutoring, coaching, or educational services to students.

No Guarantees of Outcomes

While Faithful Way Homeschool Solutions strives to provide helpful, practical guidance, we cannot and do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, academic performance, or results. Every child and family situation is unique, and success depends on many factors beyond parent support services.

Client privacy is important to us. Information shared during parent support sessions is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except:

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Faithful Way Homeschool Solutions and its owner/operator from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your breach of these terms.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your parent support session appointment. Accepted payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, and Square.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment: Full refund
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before appointment: 50% refund
No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund
You may reschedule once without penalty with at least 24 hours notice

Refund Policy

Refunds for services are provided only in accordance with the cancellation policy above. Once a parent support session has been completed, the service is considered delivered and no refund will be provided.

For ongoing support packages, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed.

Modifications to Services

Faithful Way Homeschool Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of significant changes.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or the services provided, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, any legal action must be brought in the appropriate court in the state where Faithful Way Homeschool Solutions operates.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

Clients who prefer secular-only guidance should let us know at the beginning of services.
